To accompany the wine, the culinary experts at The Hilton Short Hills will provide a selection of light hors d'oeuvres. WINE CLASSES:  ** JUST ADDED --  9:15 PM Wine Class ** Three (3) wine classes will be conducted in a special tasting area at 7:15PM,  8:15PM and 9:15PM.  Class cost is an additional $20 per person and reservations must be made online or by phone during ticket purchase. The class instructor, a wine connoisseur, will take students on a tour of fine wine. He has an intimate knowledge of Toscana, and various other wine regions of Europe, as well as a palate that is unsurpassed. Class sizes are limited,  so reserve early!”
